Thank you for booking your Ministry Intensive with Dr. Barbara. You are taking a significant step towards deeper healing and transformation. During your intensive, you'll encounter Jesus and experience tools and activations from the Christian version of Heart Journey to heal the biblical domain of your heart. This intensive is not counseling or the practice of psychology; it is strictly offered through a Christian paradigm and will not treat psychopathology. Instead, the goal is to experience healing through encounters with Jesus and to become more like Him. Together we will experience the love and healing power of Jesus intensively for 1, 2, or 3 days straight!
What You Will Get
- Guaranteed 6 hours per day with Dr. Barbara: Sessions run from 9 AM to 5 PM with several breaks, and an extended break for lunch.
- Phase One Tools of Heart Journey: Safety and stability skill activations.
- Advanced Healing Techniques: Satisfying unmet needs, time-reversing traumas, unburdening resentment toward self and others, healing relationships, biblical lament, identifying and launching into your life purpose, and more.
- Spiritual Gifts Utilized: Prayer, prophecy, wisdom, discernment, and however else the Holy Spirit wants to show up.
- Personalized Recommendations: Tailored advice and strategies for continued growth and healing.
- Focused Goal Setting: Work on your specific goals within a biblical framework.
Pastoral Coaching Details
- Cost: $1750 per day, with a guaranteed 6 hours of one-on-one time with Dr. Barbara per day.
- Refund Policy: There is a $250 refund fee per day if you cancel a week or more in advance. If you cancel within the week, there is a 50% fee. See checkout page for more details.
- Booking and Payment: Please discuss available dates with Dr. Barbara before purchasing, as dates are limited due to high demand. Your date is not secured until you pay 50% of your intensive. If purchasing multiple days, you must purchase the number of days you are needing.
- Session Usage: All coaching sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase and if 3 months have passed, client forfeits down payment.
- Refunds: Dr. Barbara Ministries does not offer refunds once sessions have been booked. If Dr. Barbara needs to cancel due to an emergency on her end, you will receive a full refund.
Important Notes
- Eligibility: Clients of Greenleaf Psychological or any Greenleaf company cannot participate in ministry intensives.
- No Guarantees: While specific results cannot be guaranteed, dedicated time with Dr. Barbara is assured.

- Nature of Services: The coaching services provided are not counseling and are not a substitute for psychological counseling or therapy.
- Spiritual Focus: Clients acknowledge the focus on spiritual growth, conformity to Christ, and facilitating a deeper connection with the Holy Spirit.
- Psychological Concerns: Clients with psychological concerns should consult licensed mental health professionals for their specific needs.
- Ineligibility: Dr. Barbara Ministries does not provide coaching to current psychological clients of Greenleaf Psychological and Support Services or Greenleaf Counseling & Assessment.
