  • The Heart Journey™ Mentorship & Community Experience services provided are not counseling and are not a substitute for psychological counseling or therapy.
  • Clients acknowledge the focus on spiritual growth, conformity to Christ, and facilitating a deeper connection with the Holy Spirit.
  • Clients with psychological concerns should consult licensed mental health professionals for their specific needs.
  • Dr. Barbara Ministries does not provide ministry to current psychological clients of Greenleaf Psychological and Support Services or Greenleaf Counseling & Assessment.
  • A 30-day notice is required for cancellations. There are no refunds, but you may choose to donate your remaining balance to provide access to another woman in need. Due to the nature of the Heart Journey™ Mentorship & Community Experience, all sales are final once the program year begins on September 13, 2026. Cancellation requests submitted before September 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM EDT may receive a refund minus a 10% administrative and processing fee. Monthly payment plans are a commitment to the full program year and are not month-to-month memberships. Participants remain financially responsible for the full tuition amount regardless of attendance, participation level, or personal schedule conflicts. No refunds, credits, pauses, or prorated adjustments will be issued after the program begins, including for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction, relocation, illness, technological issues, or voluntary withdrawal from the program. In rare and extraordinary circumstances, Dr. Barbara Ministries may consider written requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
