Your decision to join us on this sacred expedition, led by Dr. Barbara and her team, fills us with joy and anticipation. We are honored to have you as a participant in our journey of healing and restoration.
As a Big Sister, you acknowledge that you have completed the Hearts Returning Home and/or Heart Journey Masterclass content at least twice and are consistently living in a stable and healthy space. You are committing to collaborate with Dr. Barbara and the Dr Barbara Ministries team to support fellow students in the Heart Journey™ Mentorship & Community Experience.
Your support will take place through various channels, including Facebook, during our official Heart Journey™ sessions and prayer times, as well as in the chat during those meetings. You may also engage with students outside of these settings if they reach out to you. In all interactions, you will focus on sharing your experiences, strength, and hope, while refraining from introducing outside materials or outside offerings—keeping the focus solely on the Heart Journey™ tools and materials.
While direct advice is not permitted, you are encouraged to share what has worked for you in your Heart Journey™. In this role, you will provide supportive guidance, ensuring a nurturing environment for all participants.

- Membership Length: Ongoing access with bi-weekly and weekly sessions from Sept 2026 to Aug 2027.

- Live and Replay Access to All Sunday Night Heart Healing Sessions
- One 60-minute pastoral 1-1 coaching session at ½ price with Dr. Barbara per quarter, 4 per year ($450 value)
- Access exclusive group prayer, prophecy and encounter sessions 1-2 times a week

- Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM ET

Heart Journey™ Mentorship & Community Experience Agreement:
By enrolling in the Heart Journey™ Mentorship & Community Experience, you have agreed to the following terms:- I confirm that I am not a danger to myself or others.
- I am not a client of Greenleaf Psychological and Support Services or Greenleaf Counseling and Assessment.
- I understand that there are no refunds once the class starts, and I acknowledge and accept a 10% fee for refunds requested before the start of the class. A 30-day notice is required for cancellations. There are no refunds, but you may choose to donate your remaining balance to provide access to another woman in need. Due to the nature of the Heart Journey™ Mentorship & Community Experience, all sales are final once the program year begins on September 13, 2026. Cancellation requests submitted before September 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM EDT may receive a refund minus a 10% administrative and processing fee. Monthly payment plans are a commitment to the full program year and are not month-to-month memberships. Participants remain financially responsible for the full tuition amount regardless of attendance, participation level, or personal schedule conflicts. No refunds, credits, pauses, or prorated adjustments will be issued after the program begins, including for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction, relocation, illness, technological issues, or voluntary withdrawal from the program. In rare and extraordinary circumstances, Dr. Barbara Ministries may consider written requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
